Troy Davis: Good riddance

Might be a little harsh to say good riddance. I'm not gonna shed too many tears though. You see, contrary to what the bleeding hearts tell you (I'm a left of center kind of guy) Mr. Davis was not a clergyman on his way home from serving homeless at the food pantry. He was a thug. He had thug friends. He often carried a pistol. He was suspected, and convicted of shooting a man in the face earlier that evening. He left the scene of the crime and fled to Atlanta. People say they never recovered a murder weapon? So what. This isn't the Casey Anthony case where just because they can't find a murder weapon they couldn't convict her. no matter what anyone tries to tell you, those bullets dis not climb into the officers head. Someone fucking shot him. With a gun. And that someone was more than likely Troy Davis. I really don't care about shadow of a doubt. He was at the very least an accomplice to the murder and in my opinion the only miscarriage of justice is that there weren't two executions. His pal ought to die too. To apply the standard of guilt that these idiots want would mean noone would ever be convicted of anything! Ever! Unless there were eye witnesses that all took video and had closed captioning so that you could tell exactly what all the involved parties were saying. Oh and none of the accused could be crazy, poor, post partum, or molested as children because we all k ow those people should never be held accountable for their actions.

I hate country music

There was a day where I could belt out Low Places with the best of em. I owned Travis Trits Greatest hits. Little Randy Travis, Ropin the Wind, all that shit. That was when I had just gotten my first real girlfriend. Was just a kid. I really liked country music. Would play it right along side Metallica and Anthrax. So anyway, as the years went by there was a shift. Hank Jr. Turned to Toby Keith. Keith Urban, and Tim McGraw. Otherwise known as the pusification of country music. No longer was it about being drunk, or their old lady pissing them off. It was about how their lives would suck so bad if not for that little girl that they've been going out with since kindergarten. All love songs and songs about pussy shit. Now I love a love song as much as the next guy but pile that on top of dudes singing about how good their bluejeans fit and how they are having a night just for them going barefoot and you have shitty music. Add to that the cookie cutter Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, and NASCAR and youve thoroughly pissed me off.

I'm letting my jealous flag fly!

In this country and throughout the world you have a class of people who are beyond royalty. They have all the wealth of a king or queen but none of the BS trappings of having to maintain any kind of public persona. They are truly free. I am not going to rail against these people. In fact I'm gonna call my angst exactly what it is. Jealousy! Now that is a sin I know but how the he'll could you not be jealous of these people. I look at my life. 8 hours a day is spent working. 8 sleeping. I get 8 to enjoy the little that I have been able to scrape up for my family. You have this girl, her name is Petra I believe. Her father owns a racing team. Shes 25 maybe not even that. Drop dead gorgeous. Dad just bought her a 85 million dollar mansion and a 500K Rolls. She's got every minute of every day to enjoy herself and all the money in the world to get whatever she wants. So cor me jealous. And more power to her. At least she's not some attention whore like Paris Hilton. Enjoys her money in private. Perhaps she summed up her total lack of understanding about just how much better she has it than everyone else when she said,"I'm not spoiled, I'm privledged". Indeed!

Enough with the wiki leaks bullshit!

I love America. I love it's constitution most of all. I fought for it. I'd die for it. The law of this land in it's purist form is the only shred of decency this country has left. The lawyers and politicians that twist it and use the constitution for their own evil purposes are our greatest enemy. But that is another subject for another time. I'm speaking of wikileaks. I'm all for disclosure. I'm all for openness. What I'm not for is activists releasing people's names and addresses for all the world to see. I'm not for embarrassing people for the sake of it. And some of our nations secrets are just that. Secrets! To expose liars and cheats I'm all for it. But this wikileaks shit is getting ridiculous.
